- You should have strong organizational skills. Duties include organizing trades/subs, employees, and material deliveries with the ability to look ahead.
- You must be able to deliver a quality product with high attention to detail.
- You must have superior knowledge and able to perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, finish carpentry/trim, setting doors, windows, layout, foundation and forms, stairs, roof framing, siding and any other associated tasks.
- You must be able to communicate effectively. This goes beyond the requirement of face to face communication, phone calls, and emails.
- You should be able to see the “big picture” of the project and continually communicate updates and expectations to all involved on the project.
- You should be comfortable with technology and open to learning. Our company utilizes project management and timekeeping software as well as emails.
- You must have all your own tools, some company tools are provided as needed.
- You must be able to lead and inspire a team with a positive attitude.

- Minimum 5 years as a journeyman level carpenter
- Ability to read and execute building plans
- You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Clean background check required for federal jobs.
